Opening new export markets

Luxpac is a small but very dynamic Bulgarian company with progressive management and strong commitment to development and innovation. They produce high quality luxury boxes which serve many industries and bring additional style and value to the items packed with them.

In 2019 we finalised together a major project which resulted in tremendous increase in production capacity. There was a strong need for new clients and a shift in the present market practices.

We worked together focusing at the objective to improve the market performance of Luxpac. The project was delivered in 4 main stages:

  • We first performed an in-depth analysis of the current company sales and looked at crucial sales metrics in order to understand which are the strongest selling points and if there are any drawbacks that can be improved;
  • Based on the analysis we developed a new practical export strategy focused at one of Luxpac’s products for boosting sales in two key target markets;
  • We then helped the client design and develop new sales instruments that revealed the unique qualities of the target product in the best possible way;
  • Finally, we worked with the company management and key sales staff to develop an action plan and put the strategy into implementation.

This service contract was backed up by a grant, which we helped Luxpac to acquire by The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and it covered 75% of our fees.

project was finalised in January 2020, just before Covid-19 come to our lives. The result? Still to be seen, but what is certain is that Luxpac faced the crises stronger, focused and more resistant to the market fluctuations that followed.
